Holiday Ornaments Mini Exhibition

Turned Christmas Bells

As the cool weather prompts us to return indoors we may find ourselves wondering what to do in spare moments.  How about making an ornament and entering it in our Mini Exhibition at the December Meeting.

Guidelines

  1.  any form of woodworking is acceptable:  solid stock, turnings, carvings, scroll saw work, veneers, shavings etc.

  2. wood should be the primary material.  But others can be included: metal, plastic, glass, LEDs

  3. it can hang from, or sit on the branch.  If it sits on the branch there needs to be a method of attaching it to the branch

  4. 60 grams (about 2 oz.) is the maximum finished weight.
